LoopBe1 only shows one in and out in MIDI devices dialogues, but supposedly one can connect eight in and out devices to it. Here are a few obvious differences: MIDIYOKE NT has eight ins and outs, Maple only four. Has anyone tried all of these, and could compare them? It would be interesting to see a comparison of these Virtual MIDI Cables for XP-MIDIYOKE NT, Maple, and LoopBe1, any others if there are any. However, I know of two other Virtual MIDI cables, also freeware, that were written for XP: Some think that the only Virtual MIDI Cable that will work in Windows XP is MIDIYOKE NT, as some that worked in Windows 95/98, such as Hubi's Loopback Device, were never ported to Win XP.
